Our chefs have created an outstanding 4-course Christmas Eve Set Dinner menu with all the trimmings, featuring a charming amuse-bouche to excite your palate, followed by a delicious soup of Beetroot Gnocchi with garden consommé and horseradish. A choice of main courses offers Sous Vide Lobster and Petit Pois “a la Française” or Australian Wagyu, Almond potatoes and Truffle Beef Juice, while dessert is an irresistible creation of Christmas pudding with brandy sauce.
